Arbitration Procedure
If you don't receive a satisfactory response through the contact method above, you may file a request to initiate arbitration proceedings with the conciliation body under Section 13 of the Hamburg Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities Act (HmbBGG).
This arbitration body is responsible for resolving disputes between persons with disabilities and public authorities of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg regarding accessibility matters. The arbitration procedure is free of charge, and legal representation is not required.
